She studied Psichology in Facultad Regional Multidisciplinaria del Norte FAREM-Estelí / Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Nicaragua UNAN-Managua.
Professionally speaking she has worked and been interested in community social area with enphasison Early Chilhood Education and teaching activities. She took part in training and support to community promoters on comprehensive care for children. Promote family and communnity involvement int the development of children.
She teaches at FAREM-Estelí, in the Education and Humanities Department, in Pedagogy studies with specialization in Early Childhood Education.
Since 2009, is part of the support team of the Educational Project of Innovation in Early Childhood Education , which is conducted with community and formal preschool teachers in Estelí, promoting educational innovations in schools. 
Personally and professionally she has a special interest and commitment to educational and social inclusion.
She enjoys share with family and friends, to admire the complexity of nature, to discover beauty in the simple things, to knoww places, people, ways to do things and ways to living. She likes the children's artistic expressions, reading, music, walk in the countryside…                          Go up
   
Lourdes Molina

Lourdes Molina Simó
Teacher of Psychology and Education, in the Faculty of Ciències de l'Educació of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB). Specialized in Early Childhood Education.
Since 1977, she has combined the initial training and continuing professional education to support educational innovation and reflective practice with educators and teachers in relation to children and their families.
Her main line of work and research is "Participation and personal, interpersonal and community development", focusing on the potential and rights of children to participate in their own lives and the lives of their group. Additionally, her work supports professionals and families in their responsibility to involve children in interpersonal and social situations in which human things work according cultural context.
Her work emphasizes the mutual incidence of autonomous activity and joint activity, considering cooperative activity and guided participation in everyday life, preferential.

She has participated in projects in cooperation with the Faculty Regional Mustidisciplinar Estelí (FAREM, Estelí), Universidad Nacional de Nicaragua (UNAN, Managua)
She worked in the Educational Project of Innovation in Early Childhood Education since 2009, which is conducted withwith community and formal preschool teachers, promoting educational innovations in schools.
She has a lot of hobbies: cinema, theater, reading, hiking, crafts, walking through cities, the countryside or the beach, chatting with friends, participate in festivals and popular traditions.
Following his professional activities of observation and analysis of real situations of everyday life (school, family, community), she became interested in photography and video.            Go up
              
   
Salomé Rodríguez María Salomé Rodríguez
She studied Psichology in Facultad Regional Multidisciplinaria del Norte FAREM-Estelí / Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Nicaragua UNAN-Managua.
In 2004 she worked as a teacher in the Liceo Católico María Auxiliadora school teaching the subject of vocational counseling.
Since 2010 she collaborates in the Educational Project of Innovation in Early Childhood Education, which is conducted with community and formal preschool teachers in Estelí, promoting educational innovations in schools..
She likes a lot family meetings on Sundays; to have country walks and to enjoy nature.  Go up
   
Arlen Oneyda Zeledón Arlen Oneyda Zeledón Gutiérrez
She studied Psichology in Facultad Regional Multidisciplinaria del Norte FAREM-Estelí / Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Nicaragua UNAN-Managua.
Her professional experience focused on working with children from different areas: community, social, education and support in developing skills.
Community organitation of different grups (families, young people, local actors) for the comprehensive care of children from conception to age 6, conducting institutional coordination with tre authorities concerned in areas of education and health in urban and community environment.
Disorders of language rehabilitation. Psychology attention to children with disabilities more evident. Facilitation of families sharing grups.
Between her hobbies they are: family meetings,cinema, theater, reading, music, excursions, participation in popular festivals and traditions.            Go up
